Order Cancelation

-You can cancel your order within 12 hours after placing it.
-To cancel your order, send an email to info@biofieldcare.co.uk.
-Within the email, please provide your Name, Last name and order number.
-Confirming cancellation email will be sent within 3 (three) working days.

Return and Refunds

-Biofield Care UK (Walentina Limited) does NOT accept returns and process refunds if the product has been used.
-You have the right to return your order within 14 days after ordering it. Packaging needs to be in its original state and not open.

-If the order arrives damaged, you need to inform us within 24 hours from receiving it, with an email to info@biofield care.co.uk and provide evidence (an attached photo would suffice) of the damaged goods.
-Walentina Limited inspects the evidence and provides a decision via email (confirmation email) if you are legible for a full refund.
